BOXING
Boxing is more than throwing punches. It’s a form of exercise that helps children stay active while learning to defend themselves in a community of their peers. Children who take boxing lessons tend to be better at listening and following instructions. Our martial arts academy offers boxing lessons two or three days a week for children ages 7 and up.
GYMNASTICS
Encourage your child to build flexibility, strength, and stamina with gymnastics classes two or three times a week for boys and girls ages 4-10. As a top martial arts school, we nurture your child’s drive to excel in their sport and life. With champion-level instructors, we are just the place for beginner, intermediate, and advanced gymnasts who want to exceed all expectations.

KICKBOXING
Kickboxing is a similar sport to boxing but uses more of the lower body. Your child will benefit from kickboxing classes at our top martial arts school and it’s not just their physical fitness that will improve. They will learn discipline and patience and be a part of a community of kids their age and skill level. Our experienced coaches teach kickboxing classes up to three times a week for children ages 7 and up.
JUDO
Judo is a gentle form of martial arts that teaches hand-to-hand combat and defensive maneuvers through grappling techniques. Our martial arts academy offers classes for kids ages 5 and up two to three times a week. While judo is a new sport at Champions Sport Complex, our instructors have years of experience teaching and participating in all forms of martial arts.

WRESTLING
Wrestling is a heavy-contact sport where children compete as part of a team, but face their opponents individually. They win or lose their matches based on their own merits, but they are also accountable to their team. Through wrestling, we can teach safe fighting techniques and a healthy competition mindset to benefit your child in every area of life. Champions Sport Complex holds wrestling classes for children 6 years and older two or three times a week.
